1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid listing plan purchases made on Apartify. It outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for payments made through our platform.

3. No Refunds for Used Plans

Once a paid listing plan has been activated and you have published listings using that plan, no refunds will be issued. The service is considered delivered at the point of activation.

4. Refunds for Unused Plans

If you have purchased a paid listing plan but have not yet activated it or published any listings, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid listing plan you have purchased, please contact us at support@apartify.in. We will investigate the issue and, if the problem is on our end, we will provide a resolution which may include a refund or plan extension.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@apartify.in with your registered email address and transaction details. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Required Information:

  • Provide the email address used for the purchase
  • Include the Razorpay transaction ID or payment reference
  • Explain the reason for your refund request

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

8. No Refunds for User-to-User Transactions

Apartify is a platform intermediary that connects property owners with tenants and flatmates. We do not handle or process any payments between users (such as rent, security deposits, or brokerage fees). Any disputes regarding such transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties. Apartify does not provide refunds for any off-platform transactions between users.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
